Garden City Customs Services Shipment Search Help

   There are 3 basic searches
      1) Customer PO Search
      2) Order Number Search
      3) Customer Name Search
      4) Trailer Number Search

ALL 3 search types require you to search for 3 or MORE characters.

1) Customer PO Search: This search is not an exact match search. BEGINNING and TRAILING WILD CARDS are automatic/assumed.
eg: To list all Customer PO's containing the number 123, you would just enter 123 into the search box - NOT 123* or *123*.

2) Order Number Search: This is an EXACT Search, You must type the entire Order Number. NO Wildcards are available.

3) Customer Name Search: This is not an exact match search. Beginning and Ending WILD CARDS are assumed. This is the easiest search to use but will be slower as it can return MANY results. A FIRST NAME ONLY search is not suggested. You will receive more results than you truly want. We suggest searching by LAST NAME, or FIRST NAME and LAST INITIAL.

4) Trailer Number Search: This is an EXACT Search, You must type the exact Trailer Number. NO Wildcards are available.

Once you have executed your search and have search results showing, clicking on the item select button Show Search Details

, on the left of the search results, will bring up more information about that shipment.

Start Date is the MOST RECENT DATE you wish to be considered in your search. To change the date you may enter text in the format dd/mm/yyyy or click the Calendar Popup Selector

and use the popup calendar.

End Date is the OLDEST DATE you wish to be considered in your search. (***NOTE*** The farther back you go, the longer the search will take.) To change the date you may enter text in the format dd/mm/yyyy or click the Calendar Popup Selector

and use the popup calendar.

Exporting Search Results: To quickly export your search results to MICROSOFT EXCEL just click the Export to Excel

Printing Search Results: To quickly print your search results, just click the

image after your search is complete. This will open a new window with a Printer Friendly version of your search results.
